Jesus Munoz is an international source for a well-known wire harness manufacturer in Mexico. Before working with Sunbow, Jesus Munoz had been sourcing PVC hoses from Vietnam. But there is a special project where the quality requirements for PVC hoses are very high. The customer's original Vietnamese supplier has made samples three times, but the quality cannot meet the customer's requirements. Helpless, Jesus Munoz had to find a way to develop new suppliers. Jesus Munoz found Sunbow through a friend's introduction. After signing a confidentiality agreement with Jesus Munoz, Jesus Munoz shared their drawings and related technical documents with us, and briefly introduced their requirements, which must be resistant to temperature of 105 degrees and flame retardant PVC hose. Customers who have requirements are good customers. Our design department has designed special raw materials and production processes for customers within three days. Within a week, we shipped the samples. After 6 months of testing, Sunbow's PVC hoses can fully meet customer requirements. After comparing the prices, within a year, they gradually transferred the orders from the original Vietnam factory to Sunbow production. After more than two years of cooperation, the Jesus Munoz factory is very satisfied with the quality and delivery time of our Sunbow PVC hoses, and finally they will make Sunbow their long-term partner for PVC hoses.
