During the painting process, because the staff sometimes does not have enough control over the time, it will cause the silicone fiberglass casing to stay in the furnace for too long when the oil is over. The lacquer will penetrate into the silicone fiberglass casing, causing cobweb-like bubbles to appear in the wall;

4. The quality of the raw glue is abnormal. The quality of the raw glue determines the integrity of the coating when we paint. The bad quality of the raw glue will cause the mutual repulsion between the glass fiber casing embryo tube and the oil layer, and bubbles are prone to appear.

After analyzing the reasons for the customer, we recommended our glass fiber casing to the customer, and at the same time sent the customer samples for testing.
