Since a certain mechanical and electrical company in Jiangsu purchased SUNBOW fiberglass pipes, there has been no bulging and bubbling outside the wall of the fiberglass pipe. SUNBOW has successfully entered its supplier supply system and became a level-a supplier.

Because of its superior performance, glass fiber tubes are often used as carriers for the circulation and coating of liquids, gases and other materials. However, inferior glass fiber tubes on the market emerge in endlessly, often making consumers unable to distinguish true from false. After purchasing these low-quality glass fiber tubes, the quality of the product cannot be guaranteed, and sometimes there are even bubbles in the glass fiber tubes.

In the middle of last year, the procurement of a certain sensor company in Zhejiang found us through the official website and wanted some samples of fiberglass tubes for new projects. 1) The concentration of painting is too high, and the painting temperature is too high;

2) The machine is running too fast; in order to produce more products in the shortest time, manufacturers often ignore the load of the machine and run at high speed, only for greater output.

3) Machine failure; small workshop-style production, mostly due to insufficient funds in the early stage, purchases outdated old machines. This type of machine is also the most prone to problems.

4) The quality of raw rubber is abnormal; the low price determines that these manufacturers must use inferior raw materials.

5) The paint seepage is serious, and bubbles appear on the inner wall of the pipe; the workshop-style production process is very immature, and the technical indicators are even more "accidental".

After analyzing why the glass fiber tube has bubbles, I also learned that the customer has stricter requirements on the appearance of the product. At the same time, the customer's request is fed back to the production, and the proofing is arranged. Two days later, samples were sent to customers for testing.
