Since the establishment of the factory in 2003, Shunbo insulation materials have been pursuing high quality for 17 years. It has always been Shunbo’s goal to benchmark and catch up with international brands. More than 20 global top 500 long-term suppliers, dozens of international first-line brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Toshiba, Samsung, Panasonic, etc., all specify the use of Shunbo fiberglass pipes. There have been no quality complaints for 5 consecutive years, which is unmatched by their peers.
At present, the fiberglass casing industry can be described as a mixed race. The gradual increase in glass fiber tube manufacturers, among them, attracting customers at low prices is their common means. Often these products are the most prone to problems, common problems such as: the glass fiber tube has bubbles. There are also many reasons for bubbles:
1) The paint concentration is too high, and the paint temperature is too high;
2) The machine is running too fast; in order to produce more products in the shortest time, manufacturers often ignore the load of the machine and run at high speed, only for greater output.
3) Machine failure; small workshop-style production, mostly due to insufficient funds in the early stage, purchase outdated old machines. This type of machine is also the most prone to problems.
4) The quality of the raw rubber is abnormal; the low price determines that these manufacturers must use inferior raw materials.
5) The paint seepage is serious, and bubbles appear on the inner wall of the pipe; the workshop-style production process is very immature, and the technical indicators are even more "accidental".
Since a sensor customer in Jiangsu used the fiberglass tube supplied by Shunbo, the product produced has no quality problems and has been successfully entered into its supply system. Old customers in Jiangsu introduced new customers to our company because they believed in the quality of Shunbo. The new customer said: They bought a batch of fiberglass tubes for the wiring harness of household appliances, but due to the purchase of inferior products, large areas of bubbles appeared on the tube body, which greatly weakened the insulation performance, and even the matching wiring harnesses were damage. After learning about the customer’s concerns, I took the initiative to introduce our 2.5KV fiberglass tube:
1) The product has passed UL full-color certification, and the certification range (0.55mm-25.4mm) is currently the largest domestic manufacturer.
2) As a benchmark for the production of fiberglass tubes in the industry, more than 600 high-speed braiding machines have been purchased for the fully automated equipment used.
3) In order to meet the increasing orders from customers year by year, our company expanded the scale of production. In addition to retaining the Shenzhen Gongming production headquarters, the Dongguan Qiaotou production base was established. The new and old factory covers an area of nearly 20,000 square meters.
4) At the same time, in order to meet the needs of standardized management, the company successfully applied for and passed the ISO9001: 2015 quality management system certification and the IATF16949: 2016 automotive system certification.
After seeing the strength of Shunbo and the introduction of old customers, the new customer directly placed a small order for trial production. Of course, the feedback of the first order was very satisfactory, and then it was formally entered into the supplier system and became its exclusive supplier.
